Homomorphic Encryption
A form of encryption that permits users to perform computations on its encrypted data without first decrypting it.
This is the "Holy Grail" for medical and privacy-sensitive data. The Utility Foundation uses it to allow AI models to train on encrypted patient records. The AI learns from the data, but never actually "sees" the data, remaining 100% HIPAA compliant.
